23 May 2024, the cooperation of solar PV rooftop system on-site visiting between Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA), Huawei and PEN Academy at Chulalongkorn University.

In first stage, the performance data of solar inverter is collected and then improvement of its performance will be done by R&D dept. In next stage, the new product of solar inverters will be installed and tested at MEA project site. Moreover, due to the high penetration of converter based sources connect to the grids, therefore the battery energy storage applications to maintain power quality, reliability and stability of electrical power system are studied and evaluated in order to enhance the connection of renewable energy and reach carbon neutrality target of Thailand
